How To Train A Parrot
A happy and healthy bird is the first priority when it comes to Parrot Training. Hand fed babies are ideal of course because you won’t have problems handling them as you generally do with older or mature birds. A three month old baby is going to be a lot more receptive to you as opposed to a three year old Red Headed Parrot. Now you won’t be able to get a three month old African Gray to do bird tricks right away but you will later on.
You Can Train Any Bird
Any bird is trainable but you have to remember that its up to you to make sure conditions are optimal for successful training. Bird have needs just like people. You need to make sure you’re feeding them correctly with nutritious food. Make sure they have plenty of fresh water, toys to play with to keep them stimulated and of course a really nice big cage. You would be surprised at how many people get a cage that’s way too small for their bird.
Exotic birds are absolutely wonderful pets. They’re super smart and inquisitive too but they also require interaction and can be very demanding of your attention.
